    Hello Kriesi Team

    I have a website where the layerslider stopped showing. I then updated all the installs to the latest versions. Then I got a big red error message, saying that some plugins interfere with Layerslider in WordPress 5.5.3 and that I should install some jquery plugin

    — I did install the plugin, which did not find any issues.
    —Disabled all plugins, layerslider still not showing

    I have the same install, with nothing disabled on another domain (info below on domains) where it all works fine. The only difference is the caching plugin, but disabling that did not help either and SSL certificate.

    Hey Corina,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I checked on the layerslider content and it seems content itself is either broken or missing.
    Please open pre-slider in layerslider and you’ll see what I mean.
