I am trying to update the layer slider but it won’t save changes. I only get an orange button that sits there and says it’s saving but does nothing. I have the current Enfold update and am running the current version of WP. I have deactivated all my plugins, logged out and logged back in and still the orange button that says saving just sits there. I have since reactivated my plugins. How can I fix this?

January 16, 2016 at 6:30 am #566461Hi,
You are getting a 404 (not found) error on this file (private)
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

January 20, 2016 at 7:16 pm #568826So I went to look at this file and it is there, but still I replaced it. Still didn’t work, but then I looked at the link you gave me.Should there be a space or % before codemirror? If I remove the space the file opens.
January 21, 2016 at 7:58 am #569210Hi,
Ok, thanks for letting us know. Did that fix the issue or not?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 21, 2016 at 3:17 pm #569422My issue is not fixed as I don’t have any idea where to find the link on my site to permanently change it so it will look for the correct link. I simply pasted the link you gave me into the address bar in my browser and deleted the space to see if that might be the problem. That’s when I didn’t get the 404 error.
January 25, 2016 at 10:58 am #571210Hi!
Kriesi is aware of the layerslider issue and is currently working to find a fix for it. Please show us exactly about which button you are talking about and tell us wich changes you want. I couldn’t find it on your website. Then we can provide you some CSS code for Quick CSS field in Enfold->General Stying
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 25, 2016 at 5:33 pm #571452The button I am talking about is for when I am logged into wordpress and trying to make changes to the slider. I click the save button and it says it’s saving but nothing happens.

IsmaelFebruary 15, 2016 at 5:30 pm #583609Thanks for telling me how to make this adjustment. I changed it but the slider is still not saving. I really need to make updates to my slides and this has been working for over a month now. When can we expect the fix?

February 15, 2016 at 6:04 pm #583647Hi!
Kriesi is working on a fix.
Tell us exactly which changes you need and provide us precise links where we can inspect the elements in question. Then we can try to provide you some CSS code for Quick CSS field as a workaround. Use imgur.com or dropbox to add a mockup.
Cheers!
