Hi, I´ve made some sliders for desktop and I´ve made a version of the same sliders for mobiles.
But on mobiles the sliders are not loading, unless I make scroll down and up. The sliders don´t load at first time.
It happens with all the sliders on mobiles.
In desktop the sliders don´t load very quickly neither, but at least better than on mobiles.Could you give me some help?
Thanks!
February 23, 2018 at 1:30 pm #916658Hey cipriana,
Please check you transition settings for the mobile sliders. Like delayed fade in or else.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
VictoriaFebruary 23, 2018 at 1:57 pm #916684Hi Victoria, these are my transition settings (screenshot)
I´ve unchecked Fade and nothing happens. I´ve set Duration 0 and nothing happens.
It’s not that the slider is slow to load, but it does not load until I do not scroll down and up again. What else should I check?
thanks!

Which version of php are you running?
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

They load on my iPhone when you scroll down a bit. There are no errors in JavaScript, no obvious reason, why it is happening.

Thank you!!February 28, 2018 at 9:39 am #918882Hi,
The slider loads immediately when I checked it on my iPod Touch and iPad devices. I didn’t have to scroll back and forth. What is the actual model of your device?
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 28, 2018 at 10:55 am #918929HI, my device is a Samsung Galaxy J3.
ThanksMarch 2, 2018 at 10:37 am #920199Hi,
The maximum width of the device is 1280px so we adjusted the “Hide over” and “Hide under” value in accordance with the device’s resolution. Please remove the browser cache or hard refresh before checking the page.
