    website is http://wisemind.rocketpoweredhosting.com/ <- on the mobile version, the laptop and video section seem to change position and flicker during loading.

    What can I do to make it load on the correct position immediately?

    I tried to access your site but it shows:

    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
