    Hi,
    After creating a number of neatly formatted slides that look fine in preview, the final result showing on the published page is out of aligned text, without formatting eg line height, padding etc.

    Help?

    Hi alexg54,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Thanks for the screenshot, it is indeed helpful.
    I tried the login with the credentials you gave however, I’m getting this error:

    Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I have compared the published version vs the preview version by putting the preview version on top of the published and the text alignment is actually correct though the image is adjusted (see screenshot in private content).
    The Slide (beside Preview and Layer) should be clicked in order to see its preview properly.

    Hello Nikko,

    Something strange is going on with the theme, the slider breaks out of the width, extending past the screen on the right.

    This happens when I make a change to the contact form on the homepage (changed a title).

    Also a new ‘leave a reply’ section appears at the bottom of the page that I did not put there and half the page content disappears, I have to restore a previous version to get the site back to how it was but then I cannot make any edits without the site crashing ?

    I have left some of the errors in place for you to see but the site is currently live so would appreciate your urgent attention on this please?

    ps the previous login credentials in the private area should still work

    Hi Alex,

    I tried the credentials you gave however it doesn’t work.
    It returns the password is incorrect, please check.
    Please try first to edit the slider then go to Slider Settings > Layout, then make sure it is set to Responsive.

    Hi Nikko,

    The slider does not behave as it should, previously I had the slider show across the full width of the page, now it is uneven and does not stretch across the whole screen, it only stretches on the right hand side and some of the slider text no longer fits inside the allocated area.

    I tried all various settings but nothing seems to work.

    I have had to keep the slider in responsive mode for now but the client wants it to stretch across the whole screen (as per his original design).

    Can you please take a look?

    I updated the login credentials for you in the private content area of the site.
