We are sorry for the inconvenience.
We would like to look further into the issue and we are going to need FTP logins to access to your WordPress and theme files on your server. If you do not know these logins, you can contact your service provider and they would provide. If you are using cPanel, that would be fine as well.Also, first three issues you mentioned here are clear but could you please point out the fourth issue? You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here. That should help us make sure we are on the same page and when we receive FTP logins from you, we will start debugging.

YigitThank you so much. I will contact Flywheel Tuesday morning when they are open and get the information you need. They have been assisting me in this and more than happy to help. I will also send screenshots but I have pages you can just go straight to and see the issues. I will send and write the list and address all Tuesday a.m.

Good Morning, I was not aware that there would be no support for the Holidays. I have contacted Flywheel. They have advised me that I can add you to my account for access to what you need. The easiest way is if I send you an email link. Do you have an email you are able to supply?
The newest issue is my logo which is set to be displayed when changing pages comes up as an image box as if the logo is missing. I have changed the logo and still not working. For now I have deleted the logo until the issue is resolved.
Please advise and I will send you a link in email if possible.

I also sent more details in the last post about it being urgent that on a cell phone the type is overlapping making my issue now urgent.

I’m sorry but what do you mean by “type”? The layer sliders are working properly, even on the home page. That was the initial issue reported. Are there any other issues with the site?

IsmaelI have been waiting for Yigit who I have been told is a senior person to help me. There are numerous issues all over the place!! I will not repeat them yet again!! This is turning into a nightmare! I have given Yigit back-end access credentials to my site to help the NUMEROUS ongoing problems ALREADY LISTED A NUMBER OF TIMES. Do you even read what is going on before responding?? Please have a senior person who is going to respond and help me contact me. There is no layerslider on the home page!! I took it off since it does not work! I NEED HELP FROM A SENIOR PERSON ASAP!!!! This is getting infuriating! AND IT IS NOW INTERFERING MY CUSTOMERS/BUSINESS!!! DO I HAVE TO BEG FOR PROPER HELP-??? This goes back months and I am about ready to SCREAM!!

We occasionally work on different tasks and due to other assignments, i could not follow up on this thread. I am sorry about that Pam.
1- While inspecting your site, i found a bug on Image with Hotspot element that we clearly could not catch during testing process. I have fixed the issue on your page (Link 1 in private content field) manually and reported the issue to our devs. Fix should be included in upcoming Enfold update.
2- Also, i created a private testing page (Link 2) which is an exact copy of your homepage but i replaced Image with Hotspots element with LayerSlider and it did not disappear. For second LayerSlider on your page, i simply duplicated it, removed empty slide and that helped.
You have been using Enfold 4.2. We have included the latest version of LayerSlider in Enfold 4.2.1 update and prior to working on your site, i updated your site to Enfold 4.2.2, which is currently the latest version.
3- Your logo image could not be found (Link 3). I uploaded your logo once again and that worked fine.
I could not reproduce overlapping issue. Could you please check if you can reproduce it on the test page i created (Link 2)? If you can, please share screenshot so we can help more accurately. You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.

YigitEdit: 1- Our devs found out that not adding hotspots on Image with Hotspot element was causing the issue. Fix will be included in upcoming updates. In the meantime, if there is a certain layout that you would like to create, please post a screenshot so we can assist you to create that layout using Image element :)

I had taken my logo out when it was not working and blank image box was appearing. Working fine now thank you. Background turning gray and footer shrinking appears to be fixed when I added in a hot spot as you said so I can now fix those pages. Layerslider fine as you stated. So far all of the issues tested are working fine now. :)
Type on phone now looks good, no overlapping after I set the hot spot and cleared cache. :) :) :)
There is one strange thing. On the cell phone, there is a box under the hot spot image stretched that has the type in it instead of on image. I can live with this and make my changes accordingly now that I know the dreaded hot spot is causing this if this is just how they appear on cell phone.
Is there a way to have the image stretch along top of page without using hot spot box?.One thing I think we did not cover. I put in anti-spam plug in. Got a Ton last night!! Every time I try one it locks me out thinking I am spammer i and have to call flywheel to unlock me. Any suggestions? Do you think this glitched caused that? Now that I am happily up and running I do not want to lock myself out!

1- You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/color-section-with-100-container/ and add a Color Section element with full container width to your page and place your image inside it. Our devs already fixed the issue with hotspot element and it will be included in upcoming update :)
2- Mentioned theme related glitches would break the layout but would not lock you out. I think issue is related to plugin itself. You can try using a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/akismet/.

I am having issues again.
The entire second line of editing tools has disappeared from the text block editor. I still have you on as a collaborator in my site and was hoping for your help. The change text color box and everything else is gone. I have disabled all plugins and still all the issues remain.
I cannot highlight and change font colors on any of the H1-H6 fonts.
I was trying to change the H6 to a different font in the Styling editor and it will only change the size, not the font.
The 1/5th box is doing the same thing as when it was acting up before you helped me the last time so I am suspicious something similar is happening?? The x is over the edit cell symbol is on top of the x to delete a 1/5th cell. It is easy to work around but just thought it was important since it happened the last time things went disarray.
