    I have a layer slider with 3 slides. I have (I thought) set the transitions. However, it still does an annoying boxy, random 3-d transition between slides.

    ALSO, I have it set to go through the slides ONCE and stop. It just keeps going on and on.

    What am I missing?

    Hey stefanbean,

    Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Make sure to disable any caching plugin to make sure you are viewing your latest changes.

    Here is what you should need. Please do not make any updates, there are custom things in the theme that may break. (Just a precaution, I have not modified the theme, but other things have been. They are not related to the slider.)

    Hi,

    You have 4 different transitions selected there, could you try to remove all but one to see if you have any luck with that?

    I apologize in advance for writing you here but I could not find any section to directly talk to support on Kriesi.at
    Please tell me if there is a way to change username. My friend purchased this theme for me while I paid for it. HE has put his name as username and licensee. I really need to change it. Please help. I can’t use someone else’s name. Please release the account and remake it for me. I am sure there is a way to do it. really appreciate.

    I first tried it with just one, but got the same result. Figured I would try it by picking ones I wanted, but still got the random 3-d stuff.
    You are welcome to try different settings inside the slider to make it stop selecting stuff by itself.

    @xa1970: Please contact the envato or themeforest support regarding your account. Thank you.

    @steafanbean: I checked the transition option and all 3D effects are selected. Please click “Select Transition” then go to the 3D panel. Deselect all the effects. You have to disable this transition effect for all slides.
