Hello
Last week I bought your enfold template. But when I want to use Layerslider, it needs product activation.
But when I use my Item Purchase Code, I’m seeing this message:
“Your purchase code appears to be invalid. Please take special care to enter it correctly without accidentally including spaces or other additional characters. Please note, you can’t activate LayerSlider with your theme’s purchase code. This also can be a temporary issue in our services. In that case please try it again in a few hours.”
How can I solve this problem.

Thank you for using Enfold, the layerslider that is bundled with enfold doesn’t need to be activated to work or to be used.
You may see that there is a update available, but you can’t update the bundled layerslider, it is updated when the theme is updated.Best regards,
