    Hello Enfold Support,

    I have been working with Kreatura Media Support to troubleshoot an issue with the plug-in Layer Slider, which is standard for the Enfold theme. On a PC all button layers and linking function are disabled on our homepage slider, the only place we use the Layer Slider plug-in.
    Kreatura Media Support says there must be a compatibility issue with other plug-ins on our site, but I cannot find the issue. We have the most current version of Layer Slider and the Enfold theme, is there any reason why this should not be working correctly? Are there work arounds necessary which I am unaware of? I’ve also noticed that parallax images, applied to many of our main pages, do not scroll on fullscreen PC view, is there an underlying issue with our theme possibly causing both of these issues?

    Help greatly appreciated.

    Kreatura Media Support suggested I try to to disable the Enfold ‘combine’ or ‘minify’ option in the theme settings, to see if it helps the LayerSlider work correctly on a PC. Does this sound familiar? I can’t find this setting on my end.

    Hi Ann,

    Sorry for the late reply. You could try adding this to your wp-config.php file to see if that helps?

    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );
