Hi,
I just installed the latest update and the full screen sliders are not working. They worked previously in another version. The partner/logo element with sliders works, but keeps dropping from another website I have and I keep having to go and restore it from a backup.
Any help would be appreciated.June 7, 2014 at 12:49 am #275925Hello,
Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

JosueJune 7, 2014 at 1:00 am #275929Hi,
can I then re-activate them? I have to use some of them and they work in other versions? I’m not sure how that works.June 7, 2014 at 1:02 am #275930Of course, that’s just to do a discardment. Did it get fixed after you disabled them?

June 7, 2014 at 1:08 am #275933No :( Should I do it one-by-one? I did a group de-activate/re-activate. I also created a new slider, but that didn’t work either.
June 7, 2014 at 1:11 am #275936So it’s just the full-screen slider. I put a full width easy slider in and that showed up.

June 7, 2014 at 1:11 am #275939Can you post a link to the page where the slider is?

JosueJune 7, 2014 at 1:16 am #275941That’s where the slider is supposed to be. It’s not there.
June 7, 2014 at 1:17 am #275942It’s working fine on my end, can you post a screenshot of your view?

Best regards,
JosueJune 7, 2014 at 1:22 am #275945Yes, one minute. Is that the slider BELOW the logos, or is there one above? There should be a FULLSCREEN slider above the logos. I just stuck a full-width easy slider below the logos to see if any of the sliders would work, so there should be two on the screen… That looks like the small one.

Have you found out what might be wrong?June 7, 2014 at 3:25 am #275979Hi!
See it now:
http://www.rbgrcdetroit.com/home/“Google Analytics for WordPress” was the culprit of the issue, you don’t need that plugin anyway, you can put your GA in the Theme Options.
