Hi, I just update my enfold theme and it has crashed my whole website. When you try to access anything, it displays the error – The site is experiencing technical difficulties.
I have changed the PH versions from 7.0 – 7.6 and this has not helped at all.
My hosting provider (who are normally great with support) offered me no assistance what-so-ever to fix the problem apart from sending me the below error code that is displaying (I will attach this to the private content).
If you could help me get my site back up and running I would be extremely grateful as it is causing me some serious stress!!!

Sorry for the problem and thanks for the details. Could you create an FTP account for us and post the login details in private please? Also please check the WordPress login details, I think you left out the user name?

Thanks for that, the FTP details are not working though. Please check and verify the details.
About your problem; I can’t see any obvious reason for your site having problems, could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing trouble?
