    since updating to latest ENFOLD now home page gallery wont play videos in place – instead it just shows the thumbnail pics – click on any of the images under Snippets on home page – see bridgelightfilms.com

    latest Mac OS, latest Enfold, latest safari/chrome/Firefox all have same issue.

    how to fix?

    OK, so now seems Vimeo was doing something and fixed the main videos issues – but as per my first post, I still need help fixing all the gallery videos on home page under SNIPPETS section.

    under snippet section Home page, you are supposed to be able to click on an image and it brings up that video, then you play it – now all that happens is you click, it goes into a Lightbox and simply shows the image, click on it and it goes to next image/photo, instead of playing the appropriate video – please advise.

    let’s try this again…firstly I must comment on the fact that this is the worst so-called support I’ve ever encountered. I would never treat a client like this…

    secondly, I did send details to get on to the guts of the website privately, but never heard. Can this issue not be fixed?

    Please let me know what’s happening. Your Theme that I paid for is not working as it should.

    I apologize for missing this thread.
    Please rollback your live site to your last backup.
    Then please create a staging site, so we can check further on the issue without risking your live site.

    As the problem is described very well in the very first post, try this:
    Gallery options > Advanced tab > Link Settings: Use custom link (fallback is no link)

    You’re welcome, I just had the same issue myself. It seems the introduction of new dropdown choices there changed the default behaviour. It used to work automatically whenever a custom link was filled in, now you have to specify that the custom link is actually used. Glad it is solved for you!

    Glad that it’s fixed, I was about to ask for login credentials on the staging site. :)
    If you still need further assistance then I would like to request for the login credentials otherwise there’s no need for that.
