guys, first I need to mention that i ´m more than satisfied with your theme. i already purchased more than a dozen of your licences, and till now i never needed the support, almost all needs i found in your forum. 5 stars guys!
so, my problem is now in one of my projects. i fckd this up. i missed to install the child theme. now, after lots of setups, i need to have a functional child theme for customization of a plugin. css customization done only in quick css. i did a backup of all styles and setups in the enfold theme options. probably the problem is because i changed the theme folder name in ftp. i tried already several possible re-namings of the child theme folder. i´m helpless. page ist working, but i cannot get the child theme to work…
maybe you could help me out. thanks in advance in any case!

Thanks for the login details, though I’m not sure I understand exactly what you need help with? If you need a clean child theme then you can download one from here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/
Once installed then you can import the settings from your parent theme. If the settings don’t apply straight away then try to toggle one or two settings in the theme and save again.

you can close the thread… problem was, that i changed the folder name of the template.
quick change in the style css of the child -> template: name of my folder.works fine now!
