Hi there guys,
Something weird happened last night while I was working on the site.
When I added something to a page, it replaced the last item on the page, and when I put that missing item back again, the former item dissapeared again!??
I checked my quota of the hosting, nothing wrong with that, thought maybe my site was ‘too full’ or something :-PCan you please help me with this?
grtz Boris
December 21, 2015 at 3:26 pm #555956Hey Boris!
Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately?
Does that happen on a certain page or on all pages? If on a certain page only, please point out that page.Regards,
YigitDecember 21, 2015 at 7:11 pm #556132Hey Yigit,
Of course, here is a login and the site and a link to that page. It happened just before I stopped working last night on it, but it was still the same today. And I tried to change another new page, and that worked, but not 100% either, I think!
Thx!
December 21, 2015 at 9:30 pm #556192Hey!
From what I can see from the revisions, the old content is been deleted, when the new is entered.
Can you try create a new page add both content and let usk now if that happening again?
I did a small test and all worked perfectly with some random copy pasteCheers!
BasilisDecember 21, 2015 at 10:24 pm #556215Hey Basilis,
I tried making a new page, and there it worked strangely enough. I tried the ‘bad’-page again, and again it errased the thing that was the lowest on the page, real strange…
Of course I can delete that page, and use the new one, but it remains a weird problem, right?grt Boris
December 22, 2015 at 10:59 am #556412Hi,
That usually happens because of unclosed html tags, could you check if you might have any on the page? Otherwise I would recommend you to simply copy/paste the content to a new page. You can activate debug mode to be able to do that: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Best regards,
