Chaps i have to say I have been with Kriesi more or less form the beginning and as it has grown the support has always been exemplary. I have been working and developing Enfold since version 1.0 !
But within the last 6 months it is just falling apart.
Either no reply for up to 10 days or a really basic response like the classic
“have you tried turning off the plugins and back on” Please we are all not that stupid.
I know things change as they grow and hats of to Kriesi on the development of the themes and especially Enfold.
I really do not want to say this but it may be time to suggest a premium support option?
There i said it!, people are going to hate this thread and comment , but I for one would take it up given the awful support recently I have seen.
I think the theme has outgrown itself and support is suffering, either that or its starting to back off, Which is never a good idea.
Thanks though for the development of the theme and where it has come from to where it is now, not to be ignored though I am sure its making some serious money too. Maybe time to reflect and ask its users?

I’m guessing you are referring to this topic? If that is the case then what you are saying is simply not true, we did reply you in that thread. We didn’t hear back until now though. We’ve had a few customers who have waited way too long for a reply or a solution, but no one has waited for 10 days, not even close to that actually.
We know that there are several problems in the new version of the theme, and we are working hard on getting them corrected. Our deepest apologies goes out to you for any problems it might have caused you.
