    How long does it take to get an answer from the Kriesi team? Just to know :-)
    I posted several questions today in the enfold group. I am not sure if the purchase of the enfold theme i bought with this account is older than 6 month. If yes I already purchased a new one within the last weeks but i couldn’t find a possibility to “Refresh” the account.
    Is there some possibility to refresh the account to make sure to get the support to my questions by kriesi team here in this forum.

    Apologies for the delay in response. If your question posted, then I’m sure the account is in good standing to receive support. The question likely has just not been reached yet. We do try to address them all so I’m sure this is the case.
