Hi!
Since a few weeks I’m getting a bunch of “Internal Server Error” while working on the theme.
I talked to the host company support staff last tuesday and found the PHP server memory limit to be low so we raised it to the maximum 128 Mbs size. It felt like it was solved but as of yesterday and today I keep getting the same errors.I have just talked to the host support again this morning and they found “that some proccesses were down or hanged”.
I don’t even have the slightest idea of what that means but I guess I have to trust them as they seem to have the issue fixed but as far as I know, one could tell this is related to the machine the website is hosted on, isn’t it?Anyway, I would like to get some feedback from the forum on what can be can/could be causing such misbehaviour and if there is something to be done (or said to the host company) that prevents this “Internal Server Error” from happening again…
Thanks!

Can you please give us a link to the website? 128M of memory should be enough to handle the theme.
Cheers!

The account isn’t set as an admin from what it looks like so there isn’t anything for us to see on the back end. Browsing the site on the front end I’m getting no errors/issues.
Best regards,

Did you try to deactivate all third party plugins. Then check if this fixes the “Internal Server Error” issue. If yes activate some of them and check if the “Internal Server Error” returns again or not. If not activate more plugins until the “Internal Server Error” pops up again. Afterwards you should be able to identify the plugin which causes the issue.
Best regards,
