I purchased my second license for enfold bc of how user friendly it is! My problem is that when i try and upload the theme to wordpress it seems to download fine but then it says (waiting…. and then eventually says please try again) I cant seem to figure what may be wrong, i didn’t have these issues when i downloaded my the first license.

Are you uploading the enfold.zip inside of the themeforest zip? If so this sounds like you may need to ask your host if the PHP ZipArchive Extension is enabled.
Also ask if your PHP setting are like these:
PHP Version: 7.0.x
PHP Time Limit: No limit
PHP Memory Limit: 256M
PHP Post Max Size: 50M
PHP Max Upload Size: 20MBest regards,
