Hi,
for a site we’ve built, there is a “jump” in the header when moving from page to page using the menu.
It renders a bit to the left and then snaps into place a bit to the right.
This only occurs when the windows size exceeds the value set in “Maximum Container width” which in our case is 1310px.
Any ideas where to start debugging?
Thanks,
Niklas//
Hey niknas!
I don’t see it on my end. What operating system and browser are you using?
Best regards,
Elliott
It’s Win7 and latest Chrome. Attaching a screencast with the issue. The
jump/judder only appears when width of window is over 1310px.

Hi!
I could not reproduce the issue on my end on Chrome on OS X 10.10. But i noticed that you are currently using an older version of the theme. Can you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 3.2.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
Yigit
Sure, but go to the site below instead. I can’t update the one in production right now.
Hey!
I have tested the site on Chrome on Windows and I can not see the issue, in neither of the web sites.
As windows can not be a system on making issues or different version of the chrome, I do not think we can reproduce the error somehow or we can target different chrome versions.
Cheers!
Basilis
Hmm, that is so weird, we can reproduce the behaviour on Chrome Version 43.0.2357.130 (64-bit) (Win 7 and OS X 10.9.5).
Safari seems to render later i e blacks out the screen for half a second instead of rendering the “leftmost” version.
You can see the judder in the screencast, right?
Thanks,

Firefox 38.0.5 and latest IE 11 seems OK as well. Seems it’s just Chrome that “misbehaves” for us, but not for you then?
Hey!
id does not happen for on Chrome (Mac). Did you try on another computer as well?

Andy
