    Hello,

    I ma Renaud from France, I am a webmaster and using Enfold theme on that website : http://www.premium-fermetures.fr

    But recently, the homepage slider doesnt work and stay on the first slide…

    I have install another slider but the same problem. Maybe a J.S issue ?

    Hi gruobes,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I tried to check your homepage (especially the slider) both logged in and out however I don’t see any issue on my end (no js errors on the web console as well).
    It may just be a local issue like a browser cache fetching an older js file, or a browser extension that maybe causing the conflict.

    Thanks for your supply but unfortunatly, the problem remain…

    I have tried on anothers browsers but not fix…clean cache browser…nothing happened ;-(

    And some friends tried to display the homepage on theirs smartphones and the slider doesnt work automatticaly..

    Try to update WordPress 6.1 …

    Update : slider doesnt work correctly even after the WP 6.1 but I have had that alert with Exact metric WP extension :

    “Oups ! Il semble que JavaScript ne soit pas chargé

    There seems to be an issue running JavaScript on your website, which ExactMetrics is crafted in to give you the best experience possible.

    If you are using an ad blocker, please disable or whitelist the current page to load ExactMetrics correctly. “

    Hi gruobes,

    I have deactivated Fusion et compression du fichier Javascript in Enfold > Performance and cleared cache from the plugin.
    Can you try to check if this helps on your end?
