Hello there so i installed a plugin called WP Crowdfunding. It generating a jquery error. I switched to the wordpress 2020 theme and the plug-in worked. I also disabled all plug-ins minus the one in question and the jquery conflict still exist.

i talked to the plug-in developer and said its a theme issue. here is a screen shot of the console error: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1euGc2W0iRw0NXiXsG-VBHI_CQYUCs-7e/view?usp=sharing

let me know if you need account information

you can see the issue here in the console when you try to upload a photo..nothing happens. then if you check the console you see a jquery conflict. I switched to the wordpress theme 2020 and it worked. So i think there is something within enfold that is not letting it execute.

    Hey Jason,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi jgax87,

Thanks for giving us admin access to the staging site.
It’s fixed now. The solution was to go to Enfold > Performance > Self hosted videos and audio features (WP-Mediaelement scripts) > set to Always load media features (= WP default behavior.
Let us know if you need further assistance :)

    Best regards,
    Nikko
