Job Career Plugin and Enfold :-(

I have used your theme many times as I believe it is the most robust and best looking theme out there.

I am using your theme ENFOLD and have come across many problems when trying to use with http://codecanyon.net/item/jobcareer-wp-job-board-recruitment-solutions/14784506

Here is what the plugin author has mentioned:

Plugin is not breaking theme , rather theme is breaking plugins functionality.
About shortcodes your theme javascript file is conflicting with our plugins functionality.

You are requested to do discuss this issue with your theme author, mean while I have also informed our dev department and put this issue on high priority We will look into this issue and try to solve it ( if possibly a plugin issue ).

PLEASE can you help here – I am no coder (I am a designer) and I need these two items to work in unison… What can I do?
