WP: 4.1
enfold: 3.02Many elements are broken with no errors present to suggest a problem.
Especially contact form: simply doesn’t appear and no errors.
Please advise???

You’ll want to update Enfold to the latest version, 3.0.5, to fix this. See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
