Dear Enfold specialists,
We use hatchbuck for our online marketing automation and want to integrate our hatchbuck forms into our new website where we use an Enfold theme.
In hatchbuck, we created a form that we want to use for our website. It works perfectly in a seperate html file:
http://37.97.156.32/~voclarion/wp-content/cta/cta-checklist-a.html
However, if we put exactly the same html/javascript code into our enfold theme (within a code element using the template builder), it seems that the Javascript code isn’t working:
http://37.97.156.32/~voclarion/grootzakelijk/cta/sip-trunking
The validation popups, for example, aren’t working if we try to send an empty form.
On the other hand, the css file is working great.
Question: is it possible that the javascript files counteract with the enfold theme?
Hope to hear soon and thanks for your effort.
Kind regards

Try adding the code in the Enfold theme options > Google Analytics Tracking Code section. If you still have any issue I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

It’s not a plugin, it’s just plain HTML/CSS/Javscript code. It should be supported by Enfold because there’s nothing special on it. It is possible to insert Javascript code in within the
element in the template builder. And it works completely on a seperate iframe document. So the problem here is not the plugin but the Enfold theme.
Is there another way to implement this code, because "we don't offer support" is not the solution where I paid my 6-months-extra-service for.

August 1, 2016 at 1:43 pm #667265Hey!
Not sure if i understood the issue clearly. Can you please elaborate on it? I get the same error when i try to send an empty form on both links
Cheers!
YigitAugust 1, 2016 at 2:28 pm #667284Dear Yigit,
Sorry for the misunderstanding, we were trying to edit the page to fix the problem using an iframe. This is why the results were the same. However we prefer not to use an iframe. We restored the page with html5/javascript code (instead of the iframe), so right now you can see the problem.
Could you please re-read the first post and visit the pages so you better understand our problem?

August 9, 2016 at 2:07 am #670117Hi,
The validation seems to be working, please looks at the screenshot (http://imgur.com/a/3B9Qv). Where should the form go after sending the email? In the html version it redirects to another page without any popups or anything like that. Note that we don’t provide support for third party scripts or plugins as stated on our support policy. Please contact the script author for more info.
Best regards,
