Hi, unfortunately I can’t solve a problem related to a link that opens with a third-party plugin (ultimate member). In fact, under the “read privacy” item, with the Enfold theme, the error appears as in the image regarding I think a javascritp of the theme or plugin. I would like to resolve by removing the link in javascript altogether and opening the reading of the privacy on a new page (a normal link to open the page). It’s possible? Thank you all!
This is the problem
January 14, 2020 at 6:09 pm #1173524Hey Ettore_94,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

January 18, 2020 at 4:02 pm #1175852Hi Ettore_94,
No worries.
I think the issue may be resolved through filter priority however there are lots of hooks/filters in ultimate member plugin which unfortunately will take a lot of time to figure out.
The easiest way to fix this issue is to use a Default Editor and not Advanced Layout Builder on your Privacy Policy page.Best regards,
NikkoJanuary 18, 2020 at 5:48 pm #1175874Hi Nikko, perfect works with the standard editor! If you have time to figure out how to make a link it would be perfect. For the moment, thanks, you are always the best!
