Dear Support
i am using youtube videos and masonry galleries for portfolio entries on some pages of this website:
“https://alpina-paragliding.ch/”I get the following errors:
On all pages with video from youtube and/or masonry (like Homepage itself)
(index):418 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘setDefaults’ of undefined
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):418)
at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)On pages with video from youtube i also get the following error:
sw.js:5 Uncaught TypeError: Object.defineProperty called on non-object
(for example: https://alpina-paragliding.ch/gleitschirm/dein-fluglehrer-roebi-muggli-und-team/)Even with all plugins deactivated the errors are still there.
I have also uploaded the latest enfold version via ftp again…did not help. Also the pages with videos on them do load very slow (have a look at the icon lists and when the animation plays).
The error seems not to occur on pages with “masonry gallery” but only with “masonry”.What can i do?
I need ot solve this (at least the loading problems) before going live.Greetings

I did some more testing and the problems with the slow load does only seem to be on chrome but not firefox or edge.
On Firefox i get a different error:
jQuery.datepicker is undefinedThis brought me to a solution. I could solve this one. It was due to a custom code snippet for modifying the datepicker to show only future dates and only 12 monath ahead from now. I did not check for the post id so the script ran on every page, even if no datepicker available.
But the problem wir the slow loading of pages with youtube video still exists.
Greetings

April 24, 2017 at 4:52 am #782118Hi Mats,
Thanks for the feedback and details, so your only issue now is that certain pages are not loading fast enough?
Best regards,
RikardApril 24, 2017 at 8:49 am #782187Yes, but not certain pages. It’s those pages with embedded Video Player and youtube video.
Those are loading (especially in chrome) very slow. Animations are delayed (for example those from icon lists) and images are loading very late (5-8 Seconds). Sometimes it seems that even the style (maybe css not loaded?) is broken. Please have a look here:
Once you scroll down and reach the video it begins with “breaking” the site. I have WP Rocket and use lazy load for images and videos so the “effect” begins when the video comes into viewport.
If i deactivate WP Rocket the “effect” starts when loading the page.
Also look at the last section “Mein Team”. The Headline is in the previous section whilst the people are in one own section with a background image. Often enough parallax scrolling ist broken. This should only be “inside” the background image, not into the grey area.If i remove the youtube video, everything is fine. I even tried different youtube videos but that does not change anything. As soon as a video is on the site, it “messes around with the page.
Greetings
MatsP.S.: Tried to make screenshots of it but it is better to see this in action

April 25, 2017 at 5:43 am #782636Hi Mats,
Thanks for the feedback. I checked the speed of your site but I couldn’t see any problems with that, please see private. I could see that the animations were a bit delayed though, did you only try to disable WP Rocket? What happens if you try some different settings for it?
Best regards,
