Hi
I implemented the following workaround to disable the lightbox on a specific page:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-disable-modal-lightbox-only-on-one-page/
But since there, I have the following javascript error and some other thins in the admin panel do not work anymore:
Uncaught TypeError: $.avia_utilities.supports is not a function
What is the problem here?
Thanks very much.
August 31, 2017 at 7:26 pm #846479Hey,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

The problem is, that we have in the console the following javascript error in the administrator area:
Uncaught TypeError: $.avia_utilities.supports is not a function
at avia_hover_effect (avia.js?ver=2:565)
at Object.$.avia_utilities.avia_ajax_call (avia.js?ver=2:106)
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (avia.js?ver=2:67)
at i (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.8.1:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.8.1:2)
at Function.ready (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.8.1:2)
at HTMLDocument.K (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.8.1:2)And as it is usual, when we have javascript errors, some other javascripts are stopped/blocked.
And so, for example the tabs under the guestbook settings under “Gästebuch – Einstellungen” do not work anymore:
http://moderndrive.ch/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gwolle-gb%2Fsettings.php
Without the avia.js in the child theme, there is no error but then we cannot deactivate the lightbox on the specific page.
Thanks for helping us.

Thanks very much. In the administration panel it works really ;-)What exactly did you change? I have to document this on our side…
Now we have this error here:
http://moderndrive.ch/wp-login.php
Could you also fix this?
Thanks very much.

September 9, 2017 at 3:44 am #849799Hi,
I implemented the following workaround to disable the lightbox on a specific page:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-disable-modal-lightbox-only-on-one-page/Instead of modifying the js file, just add the “noLightbox” class attribute to the element where you want the lightbox disabled.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 11, 2017 at 2:21 pm #850509Thanks very much. This works fine for me!
Best regards
