It's not possible to install the new version

Hi everybody
Version 3,2 works perfectly but when i install version 4,2 i ve got this message on the blank page HTTP ERROR 500.
I can’t go on the wp loggin.
What can i do ? I would like to test the maj.

Can you give us temporary admin access and ftp access? so we can try to debug and check your site.
