    Even after you add an item to the cart it says you must pick an item.
    We have customers emailing daily telling us it doesn’t work.

    Sorry for the issue you are having.

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username.

    Hi,

    We’re still not sure why the issue occurs but do you really need to create an “AMOUNT” variation? You can just increase the quantity of the products before adding it to cart instead of selecting the “ONE” or “TWO” option. We created a simple product here and it is working: http://charitycollective.org/store/product/cbd-coffee-2/

    the problem is there needs to be different amount options.
    1 patient may want to order 1 eighth BUT another customer may want to order 3 quarters (so he would pick 3 quantity BUT needs to choose the amount “quarter”)

    It seems some customers are ok and the site works fine (like for me and my wife) but for many other customers they call us daily telling us it sayd “pick an option” even after they pick it. and when they check the cart the item is actually there! so it’s weird it says to choose an option..

    Hi!

    I see. Thank you for the info. Yes, I was able to reproduce the issue myself and I thought it’s probably cause by the single variation. Anyway, we checked the browser console and we found an error caused by another plugin called “Facebook Follow Jacker”. We deactivated that plugin and the add to cart works properly. Please remove browser cache or hard refresh the page.
