    Hi there,

    I’m trying to get to the bottom of an issue I am having. Items don’t add to basket/cart unless I am signed in as the admin user.

    Everything on the theme/woocommerce is standard and using official WooCommerce extensions. And both the themes, plugins and core are all up-to-date.

    Any help is greatly appreciated. I have been trying to get to the bottom of this for 2 days!

    Hey ashleyhollinworth!

    Not sure what it could be off the top of my head. Perhaps it’s some kind of option in the Woocommerce settings. Is your shop set to public or testing?

    It happens in the default theme as well correct? I would try contacting Woocommerce support to see what it could be.

    Thanks for anyone else with the same problem

    – I checked defult WordPress and had the same issue (sorry I didn’t think to check at all doh!)
    – I checked with my host and Varnish Caching was enabled on the server
    – I disabled Varnish and all is now fine
