    Hi
    Our client has pointed out that when anyone does a search for “Carbon Pro”, their most popular product, It does not appear on the quick search results but only will appear on the “View all results” page.

    I’m not sure why this product is missing from the quick search? Also is there a way to order the search results so that certain results have priority?
