    Dear team, I have the following problem:
    On May 7, 2024, my colleague bought your theme.
    He created a token for the updates. Unfortunately, he mistakenly did not enter it in the field for updates. Instead, he entered the item purchase code.
    To make matters worse, he did not write down the token anywhere.
    So updates obviously did not work, which is why I had to generate a new token for OAuth client ID: paulsen-automaten-vbyhzpzo.
    Unfortunately, the system tells me that it is not working:

    The following errors occurred:
    Purchases: Received error code 403 from Envato: Forbidden:
    – reason: invalid-token
    username Received error code 403 from Envato: Forbidden:
    – reason: invalid-token
    email Received error code 403 from Envato: Forbidden:
    – reason: invalid-token
    Purchases: Your purchases cannot be accessed. It cannot be checked whether there are any updates.

    What can I do to reconstruct the correct token?

    Sorry, it’s me again… different site, same problem:
    in the first case it was about this website: https://www.paulsen-automaten.de/

    I have the same problem with this website: https://www.vak-sh.de/
    The license was bought by a colleague on 2018-03-21, the deposited token is displayed as incorrect.
    the old (wrong) token was deleted on the overview page.
    How can the correct one be reproduced?

    Thank you for your answer.
    I have tried several configurations: the one suggested by Enfold and the one required by the “Envato Market” plugin.
    Both variants produce the same error.

    Thanks for the update, but we don’t have any other documentation to offer you unfortunately. Since we don’t control the Themeforest platform, it might be better to reach out to their support. I would advise that you go through the steps once again though, since it’s working for all other users.
