    Hi guys,

I updated to the WP version 4.0 and the latest version of enfold. When I try to save changes in the LayerSlider I get this:

“It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work. Please, try to temporary disable themes/plugins, or contact with your hosting provider. Your HTTP server thrown the following error: Request Entity Too Large”

    Help requested :)

    Cheers

    Hi!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

We would like to see the actual website. Please post it here. Try to increase the wordpress memory limit. Refer to this link: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/

    Hi!

Can you please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.
It is currently set to 64M

    Cheers!

    Hi Yigit,

I did allocate memory to 128M and then to 256M with the help of my hosting provider in the wp-settings.php as per your link. I still get the error.

On the layerslider page, I saw a notification for a layerslider update. Please see the photo. Could this be related to the issue?

    Regards,
    Duane

    Hey!

I’m sorry but this seems like a server side issue and not a theme related issue at all. Please refer to this link for a possible fix: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8896644/request-entity-too-large

It would help if you can direct that to your hosting provider. These seems to be nginx error messages according to the layerslider author. Ask them if they could increase the “client_max_body_size” setting.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
