    Hi,

    I tried to update my theme and got a white screen.
    I also tried to deactivate plugins but the issue still remains.

    Please ensure that your webhost has php v7 installed.

    I have tested FTP logins and they work but could you please post WP admin logins here privately as well so we can look into it? :)

    php_value max_input_vars 5000
    php_value max_execution_time 300
    php_value max_input_time 300
    php_value memory_limit 512M
