ISSUES WITH THE THEME

Hello,
How is your week going. I’m having issues with the Layslider on the backend. When I click on TrueHOME to edit, it shows all white ( no editing tools ). I contacted Layslider and they redownloaded the Layslider again but the issue is still there. They told me this:

“Need to get update from Enfold theme Author Kriesi. They will fix this issue with latest Layerslider update version – Thanks, Vinu Narayanan”

I’m also having the same problem with the “Advanced Layout Editor”. When I click on Media & then on image, the same-thing happens as the Layslider.
