Hi guys,
I have an image I keep trying to upload, and actually it does, but the auto-generated image sizes won’t display on the front or back end. The image is 800×2000, I can see it in the folder via FTP as well as the subordinate auto-generated sizes, but when I select the “Medium” sized image (120×300), there’s nothing that shows up in the layout editor or on the site.
I have tried resizing the image, converting it from PNG to JPEG, and deactivating all plugins….nothing works. However, when I crop part of the image out (make it shorter), it works fine. Is there something in WordPress that doesn’t allow 2×5 aspect ratio images? Any other thoughts?
Thanks!
Brock
Here’s the page where I’m having issues. It should be appearing under the “Infographics” section.

If you check the code, the picture is there and it looks fine, but it just won’t appear. It doesn’t show in the back end either.
Don’t know why, but it constantly puts up a “display: none !important” style on the image, even when I delete it.
Ok, I figured it out and I feel stupid. It was the ad-blocker extension in Chrome that was detecting it as an ad and not allowing it to appear. Mark it as closed.
Thanks,
Brock
