We are currently using WordPress 4.7.4, Enfold 4.0.5, WPML 3.7.0, and WooCommerce 3.0.4 for a dual language website.
Since the latest round of updates we are having some issues.
– Our sub-menu is no longer “sticky” even though the box is checked on both the english and french pages in the backend.
– In order to hide a category, previously we just hid the product from the catalog. Now some categories remained hidden, but others reappeared. We found a work around to make the products within the category hidden by making the products private, but was wondering why this could only be happening to certain products and will it be fixed?
– On our shop pages, the fonts being pulled in for categories and products are now different than what was previously pulled in. Please see the link included. Is this something that is being fixed or is it something that we will have to have our developers fix? Thanks for your help.

May 6, 2017 at 7:20 am #788752Hi,
Thanks for that, did you try to clear the cache from your caching plugin and leave it deactivated to see if that helps?
Best regards,
RikardMay 9, 2017 at 7:20 pm #790522Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion of clearing my cache. I tried it for both issues, categories not hiding and the sticky menu not sticking and they are still not working correctly.Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Kathleen

Is that the category you are facing issue with the fonts?

BasilisMay 10, 2017 at 4:47 pm #791202We were able to fix the issue with the font. We were still having trouble with Sticky nav bars not working on this both the english and french version of The Parlour and Pastry Shop Page – https://maisonchristianfaure.ca/comptoir-et-boutique/ https://maisonchristianfaure.ca/en/parlour-pastry-shop/
and of The Pastry school page in both english and french https://maisonchristianfaure.ca/en/pastry-school/ https://maisonchristianfaure.ca/ecole-de-patisserieAlso are still unsure about the categories being able to be hidden. In order to hide a category, previously we just hid the product from the catalog. Now some categories remained hidden, but others reappeared. We found a work around to make the products within the category hidden by making the products private, but was wondering why this could only be happening to certain products and will it be fixed?
Thanks,
KathleenMay 12, 2017 at 5:03 pm #792406Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Keep your caching plugin switched off while you’re testing and clear browser cache.
Best regards,
AndyMay 12, 2017 at 5:09 pm #792408Thank you, we will try deactivating plug ins one by one.
