Issues with shortcode generator

For some reason my shortcode generator disappeared (the little wand). I can’t create any shortcodes now and very frustrating because I use one of the shortcodes a lot to input many of the sponsors logos on my event pages. Buttons I have to put in the actual code manually now. Also my social media images and many of the homepage small images that are part of probably the same folder on my site won’t load until you click away from the homepage. Once you click away from the homepage they appear the rest of the duration you are on the site. For some reason they are not automatically loading upon going to homepage. http://www.positivemovementz.com
