    Hi,

    I’m having issues with the renaming of portfolio pages in use with a pagination page utilizing the portfolio grid content element.

    When I a new portfolio slug name under Theme options, the single pages use the new slug but when I try going to the page with the grid in place the pagination gives me a 404 error. When I remove the slug, the page will then paginate again.

    Have you seen this behavior before?

    Ideally I would like the option to change the permalink name from something other than portfolio or turn off the function so I can simple rename the pages through WP.

    Hi Dave,

    Slug names with WordPress are very sensitive and you can *not* have any duplicates for a slug you use anywhere on the site in any form for any other slug (permalink).

    So if you change it to “portfolio” and have a “portfolio” page the whole thing wont work.

    As for pagination, there is no way to dynamically re-name each page that gets generated as a paged result.
