Two issues we have. On mobile, there is a huge gap of white space between header & slider. We added a 56px separator item within the page builder to make things fit right on the desktop – obviously doesn’t like that for mobile view.
Secondly, the mobile menu disappears when it’s slightly in between mobile & tablet view. It turns into a white box so no one would know it is there unless you were the one that built the site.
Thanks for any help you can provide,
CT
Hey imagemakerswi!
It’s your separator that is causing the problem. If you remove it then you can see it displays fine on both desktops and mobiles.
I didn’t see the issue with the mobile menu button on my end. Can you take a screenshot? Also when I try to view the second site in your multisite installation that you provided it does not load for me (neither does the dashboard).
Cheers!

We had to put the separator in there so that the slider fit correctly on desktops – so if we take the separator out, the slider image appears flush to the top of the screen & shows up behind the logos & navigation bar. Is there a way for us to get rid of the separator once the screen width hits a certain amount of pixels? (ie mobile/tablet viewing)
Also, we are not sure why there is that all white header area (where the mobile icon & shop icon would appear) when your screen hits a size that is probably between mobile & tablet viewing. I have attached screenshots above.
Thanks,
CT
Here is the screenshot of when you can’t see the mobile icon or cart icon (in between mobile & tablet viewing)
Hey!
That’s because you have your header set to transparent. I set it back to “No Transparency” and removed the separator so it should be working fine now.

Awesome – thank you very much!!
