I´m using Enfold on my own and on a couple of customer websites without any major issues wince quite along time. Today a client informed me that the mobile menu on his website is not usable. If you tab on it in most cases nothing happens (sometimes it seems to work).
I cross checked it with a Samsung S4 / Android 4.4.2 and in fact I can tab on the hamburger but nothing happens. I checked it on some other sites usinng Enfold and experienced the same issue.
Examples:
https://www.der-prinz.de/
https://foto-shooting.chAre you aware of that and what is the solution?
Cheers

We had some problems with that in the version you are running, though it should be fixed in the latest version which is 4.2. Could you try updating please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

I have updated the site to Enfold 4.2 but the issue still persists. Can you please check it?
Best
MichaelNovember 2, 2017 at 10:25 am #871589The customer told me the same issue still occurs on Android 7. So I assume there is a bigger issue that needs to be solved.
November 2, 2017 at 12:08 pm #871613Hi Michael,
Thanks for the feedback. I checked on iphone6/chrome and it’s working like it should, are you sure that you cleared the browser cache from your mobile device browser?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 2, 2017 at 12:14 pm #871617Yes but as I said: on Android. It works without issues on iOS, so testing on an iPhone doesn´t make sense ;-)
November 3, 2017 at 6:11 pm #872243Hi,
I checked all the example sites you mentioned on my android device and took some screenshots of the menu working without any issue.
Android 4.x is pretty old version. If you have not updated the device and browser the latest CSS and JS may not work properly. I recommend upgrading the browser from play store and check again.
Best regards,
VinayNovember 3, 2017 at 6:51 pm #872251That´s really strange because as I wrote before it also happens on an Android 7 Samsung 8 Phone. I will check back with the client.
November 4, 2017 at 12:24 pm #872472Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, the problems you are seeing are likely due to caching since Vinay don’t get them on his end. Could you ask the client to clear all cache from their mobile browser before they check again? Best option would be to use an incognito tab in Chrome, that should not use any caching at all.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 4, 2017 at 12:34 pm #872474Thanks Guys,
since I´m an iOS guy can you tell me how to clear the cache on Android?
Cheers
MichaelEDIT: Found it. and will let you know if it solves the issue.
