    Hi there, I am having issues with my link to open a vimeo video. It is supposed to only be displayed on the same window, like a lightbox. All the settings are correct and it was working well before. However now, it opens into a new window and the pop up disappears. How can I fix this?

    You may need to use the other format of the video URL. Example:

    Hi there, that did not works as it still opens into a new window.
    What I had as with the iframe added to the end of the URL, it first pop ups then it redirects you to the another window. I need it to stay on the same page as pop up. How can I make it work again?, it was working find a couple of months ago.

    Thank you for the update.

    It works correctly on our end when we use the other URL format without the iframe parameter. Please try it again or provide the login details in the private field so that we can test it.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the link to your site, on your homepage the popup changing to a new tab looks like a anther plugin or script, try disabling your other plugins.
    For the test page that you created for us the popup works correctly and doesn’t open a new tab, perhaps because this page is not published so the plugin or script is not causing the error. Please see the screenshots in the Private Content area.

    The site is not redirecting to a new page or window when we checked the button again. Did you figure out the issue? Please try testing it on a different browser or device.

    Hi there, I am still having the same issue with button not opening and staying as an iframe on the same window page. It opens the link to a new window page. I tested it different browsers and Incognito windows and it does not work. Not sure how to fix the issue on this. I am not sure how it is working on your end, when it doesn’t work on my end. Can you show me how it is viewing on your end? Is there another way to fix this issue?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    It seems that the video only redirects when you’re not logged in. We also noticed that the site is running an older version of the theme, 5.6.10. Please upgrade the theme to version 6.0.2 and then update the template files (e.g., header.php, footer.php, etc.) in the child theme folder. Let us know if this resolves the issue.

    Hello, I download the latest theme version. Do I need to upload it directly to WP or do I need to add it differently than that?

    Hi,

    You need to upload the theme files manually via S/FTP. Please review the video in the documentation provided above and check this article for more info about updating.

    Hi again,
    I have updated and upgrade to version of 6.0.2, however the pop video is still not working. It opens again to a window when I want it to open and play in the same window with iframe code. Is there an underlying issue that needs to be fixed? thank you

    Hi,

    Have you updated the template files in the child theme? Please update the header.php and footer.php files in the child theme folder, or temporarily disable them. We also noticed a script error originating from the following script, which might be related to the issue. Please try disabling it temporarily.
