    Has anyone had any luck with the WP SMTP plugin when the Enfold contact form is not sending properly?

    I installed the WP SMTP plugin as someone on here recommended, and no matter what I try it doesn’t want to work. I’ve used the gmail settings that the plugin outlines, but no luck. Anyone else having this experience? I spoke with my hosting company about this and the poor girl I talked to was totally clueless… Thoughts?

    Hey wildwoodbranding!

    Please try to install a plugin like Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms. See if the plugins work for you.

    Hi Ismael,

    I will try Contact form 7 however, I use the advanced drag and drop editor when setting up my pages in the Enfold theme. If I change to the basic editor in order to enter the short code from Contact Form 7 or Formidable, then I lose what I’ve created with the advanced editor. Is there a way around this, or is there a way for me to incorporate Contact Form 7 into the Enfold Advanced Editor?

    Hi Yigit!

    I followed the advice in the link that you supplied. It hasn’t seemed to work for me. I added the code snippet to my functions.php file and it didn’t change anything in the advanced editor.

    Any thoughts?

    Hey!

    You can still use the Advanced editor. Just add a “Textblock” element to the advanced layout and then embed the Contact form 7 or Formidable shortcode into the textblock content.
