    Hi

    We have a wordpress website with enfold theme, cilasia.co. Developer had bought it and customised for us. We are having issues with the theme on the website with following errors –

    These are just some errors, there are at least 20+ errors when we try to edit the page. Could you please help us with the issue?

    We don’t have a purchase code, so we are unable to register for support. Please let us know what do we need to do to obtain support.

    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold and updating the theme to the latest version 4.7.2 would fix the issues you are having.

    Due to our policy, we only provide support to our registered users.
    Please contact the person who bought the theme for you and ask them to send you the latest version of the theme, so you can update the theme – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp and ask them to generate a Personal Token for you – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token so you can receive auto updates in future. Also request your purchase code so you can register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/.

    Hi Chirag,

    You can purchase the license, this way you get access to the Themeforest account and will not have to wait for the devs to reply anymore. You will get the purchase code and will be able to register at the forum and get support.
