    Hello,

    Please visit our website to see what is the problem, basically I encountered the following.
    – The website reverted back to the old ENFOLD logo and I could not change from the Dashboard.
    – Text in the footer socket also reverted back to ENFOLD
    – Theme color changed to Green (previous color was a customized shades of blue)
    – Font and Sizes are messed up.
    – Related Pages at the bottom of each webpages suddenly appeared.

    Hey eisme,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you do anything prior to the issue? Looks like the theme options have been reverted back to default. Someone might have accidentally selected a predefined color scheme in the Enfold > General Styling panel and saved the theme options. You may have to restore the site using a backup. If a backup or restore point is not available, you will have to manually reconfigure the theme options and upload the logo again. Please make sure to update the theme to the latest version as well.

    Hi Ismael,

    Major thing is only the update.

    Nothing seems to be changed under the General Styling / Theme Options. And i did attempt to change at least the logo (delete and re-upload) did not work. Even the “Enfold Theme by Kriesi” also appeared suddenly and i could not remove now.

    How can you help me?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You may have to temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings before uploading the logo again. Please make sure to purge the cache before attempting to check the page again.

    It was set as disabled, did not do anything with this.

    I already checked this issue on multiple platforms – different PC, smartphones, tablets,.

    can i give you an access on our dashboard for you to see and check?

    Hi Corne,

    Thanks for the update. So you are saying that when updating the last two plugins, the site broke? And you are having the same problems on the test site, as you initially reported? I see that you are currently running an older version of the theme, which would mean that the latest theme update is likely not responsible for this?

    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.8.7) – this is the last version. Which test site? i only have this site running for many years now.
    When i visited the site on 31st October it was like that already (Enfold Logo, formatting gone, socket with Kriesi mentioned on it) – i didn’t do any before this day.

    Will you be able to assist me?

    Hi eisme,

    I see that you are running an old PHP version on your site, could you try updating to 7.4 or higher to see if that helps please? If not, then please share server error logs with us.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. This problem is likely caused by the Email before download plugin, please refer to this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/site-crashes-breaking/, and this: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-theme-reset/. Could you try rolling back the plugin to version 6.6 to see if that helps please?
