Hi
I have three websites in development and all of them I’m having issues when I edit content and/or I’m changing Enfold settings. I’ve been working with my host WP Engine to help me with this as I thought I had server issues because it’s been happening intermittently on three of my installs that are on the same server. They troubleshooted with me yesterday on one install where it was acting up a lot more. They have found a lots of warning messages generated by the theme.

Can you please provide for us the 3 licenses of enfold and access to each web site, so we can see where the issue is?

We would like to test the “silviafindings” site but we can’t access the dashboard. We are being redirected to the “My Account” page. And “admin.php” causes 404 error. Alright. We are able to access the “silviafindings” site but we can’t reproduce the issue. Is this happening on a particular page? We created a test page here: http://silviafindings.wpengine.com/test-builder (hosted on WPengine)

This problem does not happen on all of the pages. I also can’t tell when it’s going to happen. I’ve been pumping out products all of this week and have not encountered any issues. I will be working again this week on the website: surmespieds (techweb) where it was happening regularly. Have you tested that one?

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Keep plugins deactivated while testing.

I’ve reinstalled the theme and re-installed my website on a different domain. So far all is working well.
