    Hello,

    I purchased the Enfold theme yesterday and am having issues downloading it. When I download the file and try to open the zip file, only documentation files appear. I don’t see another theme.zip file to download and install. Why am I having this issue? Please advise. Thank you.

    I purchased the Enfold website theme on the Envato Market website and that is where I’m downloading it from.

    Ok, that’s strange. Maybe there’s a bug? Anyway, you can try the file in private instead.

    Hi-

    I tried to download through the Dropbox link and all it opens up is an Enfold folder with a bunch of documents in it. What is the file name that I’m supposed to download?

    Hi,

    Please try one more time from themeforest https://themeforest.net/downloads

    You can select Installable WordPress Files only from the dropdown option.

    Hi,

    That’s what I’ve been doing from the start, just downloading the WordPress file. But when it downloads and the zip file is expanded, I only get an Enfold folder full of documents. My previous question was never answered. What file should be coming up to install?

    How do I share a screenshot here? I want to share with you guys what I’m seeing.

    Hi,

    When you download the WordPress installable files only and extract the zip file you will notice “enfold” folder and inside this folder there are more files and folders as seen below.

    Upload the “enfold” folder via FTP to wp-content/themes

    Or go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload the downloaded zip file(Installable files only).

    Or where is Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload? I don’t see this on the Envato Market page.

    Hi!

    Please right click on “enfold” folder here – https://i.imgur.com/Yqp1UrK.png and compress it and then go to Appearance > Themes > Add New in WordPress dashboard to install the theme just as any other WordPress theme.
