Hi,
I have the latest version of both Enfold and Yoast WP Seo plugin.
On the front end of my website, everything seems to work fine, but on my back end (in edit mode) I see my seo tags messed up (e.g. the tag title/description of another page).
As reported here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-and-the-seo-wordpress-version-1-5-5-3/, I tried to add the suggested code to my child function.php and deactivated all other plugins (I thought WPML was involved) but nothing happened.
I guess we have to wait for the update of the theme or Yoast.
I should be quite happy with a downgrade to Yoast 1.5.5, if I’d know how to.
Hey!
I contacted Yoast and hopefully we can find a solution. A user posted a “downgrade guide” here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wordpress-seo-plugin-1-5-5-3-breaks-enfold-page-w/#post-308267 – the Yoast support team provided the instructions and the downgrade should work flawlessly.
Best regards,
Peter
