    Hi guys,

Unfortunately we’re facing problems after updating to the newest Enfold Version 4.8.6.3 and newest WordPress version 5.8.1. We can’t edit pages and save changes. Also we can not edit the pages directly through the Avia Layout Architect. What can be the issue there? We need immediate support and would appreciate a quick response.

    Thank you in advance!

    Best regards

    Hi Blendor Uruci,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details. I’m only seeing a 500 internal server error when trying to edit a page, I’m not sure why that is unfortunately. Do you have server logs which you could share with us? Also please try to disable all plugins, to check for a potential conflict. If that doesn’t change anything, then please share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
