    Hi Guys,

    Not sure, if you can help, but i hope so. I am currently testing my website where I am using the Kriesi Enfold with WooCommerce. Everything works fine so far, excluding one little thing:

    When I am using for example a mobile device like Samsung Galaxy S6 or S7 Edge the WooCommerce checkout process seems to trigger an device specific payment window / overlay (see picture in Private Content Section) instead of forwarding the customer to the original WooCommerce checkout page where they should enter payment and shipping details.

    Would appreciate any help on this. Thanks!

    Hey Frank,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Is it happening on other devices? I would like to check it but I can’t add a product to the cart. This notification keeps popping up.

    Which combination of products are available?

    Gotcha. I am also using Stripe for credit card payments. If i disable Stripe it works fine. Do you have any idea why it happens? Honestly I would not like to disable Stripe for this shop.

    Hi,

    This is a solution shared by one of our users:

    The different checkout is the Payment Request API. To disable it, go to the Stripe plugin options in WooCommerce and untick the box, “Use Payment Request API” and it will no longer do that.
